TERAN – SANATNAMA, More than 1,500 exhibitors from 60 countries have been confirmed and they expect to host almost 60 thousand visitors all told. It's an extremely relevant public for Brazilian tanneries, who see leather exports to furniture markets as one of their main business segments: about 20% of all leather produced in Brazil is destined for the furniture industry. The German market, including all customer divisions, is also promising: from January to March of 2019 Germany bought about $17 million in leather from Brazil, a 40.8% increase over last year.
Interzum takes place once every two years and has an extensive schedule of events related both to furniture segment intelligence and of course the commercial platform. One of these attractions is Mobile Spaces, an exclusive space that will present innovative examples and material supply solutions for the automotive, maritime, rail and aeronautical upholstery industries — markets that all have excellent growth potential for Brazil.
